Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 12, 2026

This privacy policy applies to the mobile game Number Puzzle (commercial name: Operandi, application id com.zipangulu.numberpuzzle), developed and published by an independent developer ("we", "us"). It describes what data is processed when you play the game on Android or iOS, and the choices you have.

Summary

• The game requires no account and no registration. We never ask for your name, email address or contacts.
• Your game progress (levels, coins, streaks, settings) is stored only on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
• The game shows advertising and uses analytics/crash-reporting services provided by Google. These services process some device data, as described below.
• In the European Economic Area and the UK, personalized advertising is only used with your consent, collected through a consent form when you first play.

Data processed by third-party services

The game embeds the following Google services. They automatically process certain data on our behalf or as independent controllers:

Google AdMob (advertising)

AdMob shows interstitial and rewarded ads and may process: your device's advertising identifier, IP address (also used to derive approximate, city-level location), device and app information, and ad interaction data (views, clicks). Firebase Analytics

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand aggregate gameplay (e.g. which levels are completed or where players stop). It processes pseudonymous identifiers (such as the app-instance ID and, with consent, the advertising ID), device information and in-game events. We do not send any directly identifying data to Analytics.

Firebase Crashlytics

If the game crashes, Crashlytics collects a crash report containing stack traces, device model, operating system version and app version, so we can fix bugs. Crash reports contain no personal information beyond technical device data.

Firebase Remote Config

Remote Config downloads game configuration (for example the rotation of daily puzzles) from Google's servers. The request includes technical identifiers of the app installation; no gameplay or personal data is uploaded.

Data stored on your device only

Level progress, coins, daily-puzzle streaks, sound and notification preferences are saved in the app's local storage on your device. They are deleted when you uninstall the app. Daily-reminder notifications are scheduled locally on the device; no notification data leaves your phone, and you can turn them off at any time in the game's settings or in your system settings.

Your choices and rights

• Advertising consent (EEA/UK): on first launch you can accept or refuse personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time from the game's settings.
• Advertising ID: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking).
• GDPR rights: where EU law applies, you have the right to access, rectify or erase personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Advertising is configured through Google's consent and content-rating tools.

Data retention

We do not operate our own servers and hold no user databases. Data processed by Google services is retained according to Google's retention policies; analytics data is retained for a limited period (currently up to 14 months) before automatic deletion.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy (for example when adding new features such as in-app purchases), the updated version will be published at this address with a new effective date.
