Effective date: July 12, 2026
These terms govern your use of the mobile game Number Puzzle
(commercial name: Operandi, application id
com.zipangulu.numberpuzzle), developed and published by an
independent developer ("we", "us"). By installing or playing the game you
accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
The game is not directed at children under 13. By playing you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, or that a parent or guardian has reviewed and accepted these terms for you.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the game on devices you own, for private, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the game or its content except where the law expressly permits it.
The game contains virtual currency (coins) and virtual goods (such as boosters). Virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred, and exist only inside the game. We may rebalance prices, rewards and game rules at any time (including remotely) to keep the game fair and fun. Virtual items may be lost if you uninstall the game or clear its data, since progress is stored on your device.
The game shows third-party advertising and may offer optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by the app store you use (Google Play or Apple App Store) under its own terms; refunds follow the store's policies and applicable law. How advertising services process data is described in the privacy policy.
Parts of the game (for example the daily puzzle rotation) are delivered from remote servers and may change, be suspended or discontinued at any time. We may update the game and these terms; material changes will be published at this address with a new effective date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
The game, its name, artwork, levels, sounds and code are our property or used under license, and are protected by copyright and other laws. These terms grant you no rights other than the license above.
The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the game; in any case our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, nor the mandatory rights consumers have under the law of their country of residence.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
